HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY LASH APPOINTMENT?

Clean Lashes: Begin with clean lashes, free of any makeup or residue, using a mild, oil-free cleanser.
Avoid Oily Products: Refrain from using oil-based skincare or makeup products on the day of your appointment to promote a strong adhesive bond and enhance lash longevity.
Be relaxed: Being in a relaxed state not only contributes to a more enjoyable experience but also helps make the lash application process quicker and more straightforward. Consider avoiding caffeine before your appointment as caffeine can cause fidgeting and flickery eyes.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED TO CREATE YOUR LASH EXTENSIONS?
We exclusively use lashes made of PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) for a lightweight, comfortable, and natural look.
WHAT IS PBT, AND WHY IS IT USED IN LASH EXTENSIONS?
PBT stands for polybutylene terephthalate, a high-quality synthetic material that is widely recognized for its durability and flexibility. PBT is the preferred material for lash extensions because it is lightweight, soft, and mimics the natural texture of human lashes.
Additionally, PBT lashes have a consistent curl pattern, ensuring a uniform and natural appearance. This material is also resistant to moisture, allowing for greater longevity of your lash extensions.
Furthermore, PBT provides the flexibility to create various lash looks. By tapering the ends differently, we can achieve mink, silk, or cashmere-like effects. This versatility allows us to customize your lashes to match your desired style, whether you prefer a soft and natural look or a more dramatic, voluminous effect.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CLASSIC, HYBRID, VOLUME, AND MEGA VOLUME LASHES?
Each lash type increses in thickness and offers a unique look. Classic lashes provide a natural effect, hybrid lashes combine classic and volume, volume lashes offer fullness, and mega volume lashes provide the most dramatic look.
HOW LONG DOES THE LASH APPLICATION PROCESS TAKE?
The duration varies based on the type of lash service. Typically, it can range from 1Â to 2.5Â hours, ensuring meticulous attention to detail for a perfect result. The maximum time allocated for each treatment is shown on the booking page. Please note this is a maximum time, your appointment may be quicker depending on your natural lashes.
CAN I CHOOSE THE CURL AND LENGTH OF MY LASH EXTENSIONS?
Absolutely! During your consultation, we'll discuss your preferences, helping you achieve the desired curl, length, and overall look.
WILL LASH EXTENSIONS DAMAGE MY NATURAL LASHES?
When applied correctly by our experienced Master Lash Artist, Jenna, lash extensions should not damage your natural lashes. Following aftercare guidelines is crucial for maintaining lash health.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET LASH FILL APPOINTMENTS?
We recommend scheduling lash fills every 2-3 weeks to maintain a consistently full and beautiful lash appearance.
CAN I SWIM OR SHOWER WITH LASH EXTENSIONS?
Yes, you can! However, it's important to follow our aftercare recommendations to ensure the longevity of your lash extensions.
WHAT IF I HAVE AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO THE GLUE?
While reactions are rare due to our use of clear glue, if you experience any discomfort, please contact us immediately for guidance.
SOCIAL MEDIA TRAINING COURSE FAQ'S
HOW LONG WILL THE COURSE TAKE TO COMPLETE?
The training programme can be completed in your own time at your own pace. If you were to do the course in one sitting it would take around 2hr30.
WHAT WILL I GET UPON COMPLETION?
When you have completed your course your dashboard will say '100% complete' you will be able to download your certificate of completion from the final lesson. Once downloaded you can add your name and send to me for my signature via email or instagram. I will double check you have passed the course and send your signed certificate to you. If you are unable to add your own name to the certificate just let me know and I can do this for you.
CAN I FAIL?
At the end of each Unit there Are multiple choice questions for you to complete. If you don't reach the passing grade (usually 70-80%) you'll be notified, and you may retake the quiz until you pass.
CAN I GET PERSONALISED FEEDBACK?
YES you can! An extra service I offer is a bespoke, personalised, detailed report along with a personalised video explaining any recommendations for your instagram. The report looks at algorithm performance, content, branding, profile, analytics, growth opportunities + much more! The report is £29.99 and we aim to issue your report within 5 days.
WILL I NEED TO TAKE NOTES?
There is a PDF download available on the first module which is the handbook for the whole training programme. This handbook should include all the notes you need for the course.
HOW MUCH DOES THE COURSE COST?
The price of the course is £99.99. We do occasionally run offers so keep an eye out for any discounts!
HOW LONG WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THE COURSE?
When you enrol in the course you will have lifetime access to your dashboard, with all the course content!
